At Khiimori, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

• A return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or payment receipt) is required.

Return Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• A refund will only be processed once the item is returned in its original condition.

Refunds

• Once the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used, damaged, or altered products.
• Return requests made after the 14-day period.
• Discounted items or products marked as “Final Sale.”
